After a product delivered by the Amazon, If a customer wants to return or replace the item then one can call the customer care number or they can do the return or replace through their online Amazon account.

    i purchased a woman cloth from amazon due to not good quality i make refund this 0n l 27 th oct 2017. this is my second mail. after first mail around 6-7 days i receive message daily to collect parcel for refund but no body come to collect. if you not take refund then u clearly told , why you waste my time? and also send mail id of your superior.
